ELITE & NOVICE 120Km Road Race

Monday: Recovery
Tuesday: Afternoon Run at stadium
Wednesday: 5 repeats of hill run at Tasek Lama
Thursday: rest
Friday: Morning 5km run
Saturday: Afternoon 7km run
Sunday: Morning 37.3km bike ride

The event was held last February, Sunday 28th and Brunei were represented by a few runners in the 21km – Half Marathon Category.

Look carefully at the results below. Brunei no 1 runner – Sefli Ahar got 1st place in the Master 1 category of the 21km Half Marathon.

Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Afternoon MTB at Bukit Ambuk
Friday: Rest
Saturday: XC race at B.Ambuk - as supporters
Sunday: 120Km National Road Race

Those cyclists without the finishing time, I’m not so sure whether they finished the race or the Organizer stopped taking time. I know some of them did not finished the race.
