I was too lazy to run but since I have an important event this coming Sunday, I have to, I must, I should, no excuses - go for a RUN.
I force myself for a run and managed to do 5.26Km in 27:41mins and this is my fastest 5km. After that I did 10 reps of hill sprints at my house with an average of 11seconds per sprint.
Yesterday, Monday I did 5 loops run at Belapan Track & Field. I managed to run 2.05Km in 10:06mins. My target was 2 mins per loop (400m) but somehow the it was off target. Then I did 10 reps of stairs run at the grandstand.
