Today afternoon I managed to run 16.75Km in a time of 1:54:29 and managed to burnt 1058 calories. If i'm not mistaken I stopped 5 times and took walk breaks - just to practice run-walk-run concept.
Let's do some calculations. My pace was 6.50mins per km. That means averagely i run per km in 6:50mins.
1km - 6:50mins
5km - 34:10mins
10Km - 1:08:20 hrs
15km - 1:42:30 hrs
20Km - 2:16:40 hrs

42km - 4:47:00 hrs

50Km - 5:41:40 hrs
60Km - 6:50:00 hrs
70Km - 7:58:20 hrs
80Km - 9:06:40 hrs
84Km - 9:34:00 hrs + 2 hours = 11:34:00 hours.
Why plus 2 hours? selalunya the longer the distance, the time taken to complete will become longer ( you'll becomes slow, tired and more walking than running).
Can I achieved the that time. Hopefully lah.
