My Ultra Training Schedules

The schedules cleary says 16 weeks program but I only have less than 11 weeks, so I skipped week 1 to week 4.

Most probably the schedules have to be modified just to fit in my work schdeules and my capabilities.

The back to back training - saturday and sunday, that one also have to be adjusted.

My daily running distance is 8km and average distance is 14km. Max distance would be probably around 19km to 25km.
