Tuesday Group Run #2

It's 3 weeks in a row that I run with my friends. Today I decided to run from Belapan to our meeting point at Ministry of Religious Affairs which is around 4km. Only Idham and Wasli showed up. The other runner has other appointment. Today we made an improvement by running more than 6km - selalunya 4km labih saja.

Overall, I managed to run a total of 12.64km in a time of 1:15:51 hours.

less than 24 days to my first Ultramarathon.........................
