My target pace is around 5:10 so that my total time for the 21k will be around 1:55 hours. So far my training is below par. I'm targeting next week to do 14 to 19k run.
Last few days, I did my run on Monday, Cycling on Tuesday and Swimming on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday - total rest.
tomollow is cycling. Kalau full attendance esuk, around 8 cyclists. Planning to go to JP and back ~ 50km.
