Fasting Month Training

Today is the 3rd day of fasting. I was supposed to run 5k last night after Terawih but due to heavy rain, I've cancel it. Maybe tomorrow night I'll do my 5k run.

Hopefully during this fasting month, if possible I want to do 2 runs in a week with the longest run around 8 to 10k. If I have the time.

Tomorrow we are planning for a short 14k bike ride before sungkai. Last year we did 2 ride per week during fasting month. Hopefully this year we can do the same.
