Hopefully during this fasting month, if possible I want to do 2 runs in a week with the longest run around 8 to 10k. If I have the time.
Tomorrow we are planning for a short 14k bike ride before sungkai. Last year we did 2 ride per week during fasting month. Hopefully this year we can do the same.
