As usual, early morning we had our bike training. we managed to cycle 55:15 mins to cover a distance of 29.41km. Afternoon after work, I went for a swim and only managed to swim 500m.
Yesterday I just did a short run of 5km and after that did another 5 hill sprints infront of my house.
I'm already getting tired of the training. I need motivation and some other kind of activities. Maybe esuk esuk ke Tasek Lama and do some light trail running. That would be fun.
