Brick Training # 2

Today, very early around 5:50am, we had our 2nd brick training and 1st brick for the month of October. We decided to follow Ahmad Fathi brick training scheme. We cycle from home to Padang Kebajikan which is around 20 minutes and run 5 laps.We rest for about 5 to 7 mins and then we cycle back home and run another 10 mins.

Eventhough the distance is short but it is worth it. The aim is the make the body especially the leg to become familiar with transition from bike to run.
