Brick Training # 3

Today, we did another brick training. Instead of using my CR1 bike, I used my Cannondale TT bike. Summary of today brick training are as follows;

Bike - 9.90km / 19:52 mins
Run - 2Km / 9:51 mins
Bike - 9.21km / 19:07 mins

Yesterday, I went for a swim at the national stadium swimming pool. The last time I went for a swim was around 2 months ago. I did 300 m freestyles and 100m breastrokes. The fitness is not there. Maybe this friday I will go there again.
