After that I did 5 sets of hill sprint in front of my house. It took around less than 30 seconds to reach to the top. I guess I'm not yet fully recovered from last week training. So this coming week, I need to sleep early before 10pm and to have a power nap (30 to 45 mins) in the afternoon (lunch time). Then again, the bicycle ride that we covered per training is around half of powerman distance and to me, we need to do more - 37k to 45k and for sunday ride it should be longer around 50 to 70k.
