Wed training - cycling and running

Morning we managed to cycle 38.52km in a time of 1:14:39 hours. The objective of today practice was to maintain high speed (around 40km/hr) and to achieve that we have to bergilir gilir taking the lead and the rest drafting behind the lead cyclists. It was exhausting but good.

Afternoon, I decided to run around stadium. My plan was to run 2 laps but only managed 1 lap of 4.11km in a time of 22:43 mins. I was still tired and not yet fully recovered from today morning practice. I need to get some rest. Tomorrow will be another hill training, the same as last week.
