Wednesday Training - Cycling

Today is our endurance training. We started around 6:02am - 2 minutes late. The purpose of today training is to try maintain an average speed of 35Km/hr (+/-). So far, I think we managed to maintain the speed eventhough sometime ada turun sikit. But that the purpose of training - to develop the capabilities of maintaining the targeted speed. Distance covered 35.22km in a time of 1:11:13 mins

Tomorrow is hill training. Targeted hill is Mentiri. 2 laps of it.
