After last week triathlon, It’s back to training as usual. Actually, I only had one day rest/recovery day and the next day I started running again.
Summary of these week activities:
Monday: recovery
Tuesday: 6.79km run
Wednesday: 4x500m swim
Thursday: 10km run
Friday: Recovery
Saturday: 96.98km bike to Tutong
Sunday: Maybe running.
