Monday: Afternoon Ultimate Frisbee at JIS
Tuesday: Lunch time swimming
Wednesday: Morning 10km run & afternoon bike-swim-bike
Thursday: Recovery
Friday: Morning Bike Ride 1:04
Saturday: Ultimate Frisbee Night at SM PAPHM
Sunday: Morning road bike ride 64.15km
6 more weeks to Xterra and hopefully this week I will have more time to practice and trains compared the past few weeks due to work commitment - staying late after work.
It seems that my running is still under par. No matter how much I want to increase my run, still the mileage doesn't increase. Very frustrating.
Keep on running and hope for the best....................................
