Monday - lunch swim 2000m
Tuesday - morning 5km run and 4.45km walk Maulud Procession
Wednesday - morning lazy run 1km
Thursday - lunch time 1500m time trial swim -39mins
Friday -Morning 10km time trial -50.03mins & UF session after work
Saturday - morning gym brick 8km bike + 2km run
Sunday - rest
It's always raining late afternoon thus I don't have a chance to do my bike training. If these continues, my bike fitness n endurance will not be improving. Ketinggalan jauh ni karang.........gonna try long ride during the national day.
