Monday - after work run 4km
Tuesday - lunch swim 1200m and UF practice
Wednesday -
Thursday - lunch swim 1000m
Friday -
Saturday - morning 90km bike ride afternoon 30 mins run
Sunday -
A very lousy, lazy unmotivated week. Only managed to do less than 10km run, 90km bike ride and 2200m swim. Another 7 more days to train before tapering week. Its going to hurtttttt but I hope I would not get a cramp while cycling or running. Slow I can except but cramping, No No NO definitely anonono.
Keep on training and just be prepared for the punishment....................
