Sunday November 4th - Piasau Boat Club (PBC) Duathlon
1km run, 19km road bike ride, 5km run
Start time: 0630 Registration, 0700 start
Location: Front of Tenby International School, Piasau Camp, Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia
Description: Organised by the Piasau Boat Club (http://piasauboatclub.com/) Sports Section and happens three times per annum. We keep the historical times so easy to compare yourself to others and prior attempts. There is a trophy that is handed over to the winner each time, great training opportunity! Sunday November 25th - Piasau Boat Club Beach Triathlon
1km open water sea swim, 29km (road or mountain) bike ride, 7.5km run (ride & run half will be on beach and 5 and 3 loops respectively, great for spectators who can watch from the Piasau Boat Club!)
Start time: 0600 registration, 0700 start (evening prior there will be a race briefing & opportunity for early registration)
