  Almost 2 weeks long overdue race report. Better be late than No report at all. The event was held last 13th November 2011 at Sri Manjung , Lumut Perak. It was a HOT day indeed. We arrived at our hotel on Friday night around 9:45pm. A 3:30 hours drive from KLIA to Lead View Hotel at Sri Manjung Perak. The transportation from KLIA to the hotel cost us RM550 and this was from the event organizer.

It’s been 3 weeks after my first half Ironman and I’m thinking of doing Ironman. Swimming - 15.7km (20k) Cycling - 396.92km (800k) Running - 87.27km (100K) Its below what I've targeted but at least it is more distance than what I've did in January.For cycling, low mileage due to every time I want to cycle , it is raining. Very frustrating. Hopefully my training is enough for me to finish the 1.8km swim, 90km bike and 21km run. Keep on training.........................
